Hi,
I'm having problems doing the following in VI (due to my inexperience):
1) I want to delete all trailing 'white space' (SPACE and TAB) at the
end of all lines in the vi buffer?
2) How would you change all instances of multiple consecutive spaces to
a single space in vi?
3) How do you search for a word without regard to use of uppercase or
lowercase letters?
If anybody can give me a clue I would appreciate it.
Thanks
Matt G.
