Hallo Marcel,

Good news. We can use the sbctester for conformance testing of the encoder
using the procedure in my testing.sh script.
http://net.cs.uni-tuebingen.de/html/nexgenvoip/html/testing.sh
Only for minor optimizations PEAQ might be a benefit.
