i have used Newnat Kernel patch it Works Awesome
http://www.kfki.hu/~kadlec/sw/netfilter/newnat6.html
apply , make menuconfig , select pptp masquerade and DONE !!!

im currently using this patch with 7 clients over the gateway without any
trouble.
