I have registered both the remote and local data with
IBV_ACCESS_LOCAL_WRITE | IBV_ACCESS_REMOTE_ATOMIC | IBV_ACCESS_REMOTE_READ |
IBV_ACCESS_REMOTE_WRITE
I am not sure if the vendor err code is of any help but it is 138. I am also
using Mellanox ConnectX-2 QDR cards.
