It is very reliable, straight ahead and simple. There is a mail list you might want to subscribe, "mgetty@muc.de", author of the program is Gert Doering, gert@greenie.muc.de. Of course, you have to familiarize yourself to the program. I think, there is nothing so simple as that you dont have to invest some time studying some instructions, even not a real fax machine.
