I belive you need to read the documentation witch came with the NVIDIA 
driver, further more if you read and interpret the error message above it 
says, Xlibaray can't find the "GLX" extention module in your display 
enviroment.

In other words edit your XF86Config file as per the NVIDIA doc's.
Under the "modules" section" you need;
# This loads the GLX module
    Load       "glx"
