Subject: System Freeze while mounting cdrom with 2.6.8.1 and acpi-20040715-2.6.8.diff.bz2

Hi
I got an T41P and I am running 2.6.8.1 with
acpi-20040715-2.6.8.diff.bz2. After I have suspended my notebook using
acpi, I cannot mount my cdrom anymore. If I try, the system freezes, as
soon as it gets data from the cdrom (at least I think so, you can hear
the cdrom-drive starting to read data, after some seconds, everything
stops, I don't see any oops messages).
I even tried unloading the ide-cd driver first or using ide-scsi, both
the same.
Has somebody got the same problem or can try the same configuration on
his thinkpad? I had to append acpi_sleep=s3_bios to my kernel to make it
work with acpi.
