The attached patch fixes a bug in the common lcd code relating to font
colours on 16bit displays (they were being and'd with 0xf, instead of
0xffff), and also adds a new config option CONFIG_LCD_NO_CONSOLE which
disable initializing the device_t output device on the LCD (for when you
only want to display a logo during boot).

The NO_CONSOLE option is probably not particularly useful, but I'm
pretty sure the other bug is wrong.
