Thanks for all your comments. Here is an updated version, changes
include:
* use pxa25x as name throughout.
* remove SMP support.
* support selection of performance vs. powersave via a sysfs
file/module parameter instead of by looking at the governor
(requested/suggested by cpufreq list).
* some other bits and pieces...
