Also, I had one domU fail to get created on the first attempt, upon
reissuing xm create it came up fine.

I am guessing maybe IO related, this one shares an IDE drive with many
other domU's that where in process of coming up.

I have added 8021q support on dom0 but have no tagged interfaces if that
matters.
