The topic of changing the BD_ADDR has been discussed some times on the mailing list and so you will find additional information and further links in the mailing list archive. If you start looking at the bluez-utils source code or CVS you might find a program for this task. If you need a stupid script kiddy step-by-step instruction then find another place to ask, because this is about serious development.
