Hi,

I got another funny dongle. The chip inside is from ISSC and in general
this device works without any problems, but it shows 22:22:22:22:22:22
as its BD_ADDR.

So either the dongle manufacturer forgot to set the addresses or this is
a ROM device which needs a special initialization routine. Does anybody
have some details about ISSC chips?
