Use "hciconfig hci0 piscan" and "hciconfig hci0 pscan" to switch
discoverable mode on and off.

Use "hciconfig hci0 iac ..." to read or modify the inquiry access code.

With "hcitool scan --iac=..." you can also tell it to use a different
inquiry access code.
