No, secmark does not help here.  It has nothing to do with the domain on
the other machine.  It only represents ports, nodes and netifs.

I still don't see what the problem is.  If this packet shouldn't go over
the association, the MLS constraints would be written for the above
permissions to express that goal and it would get denied.

I'm not yet convinced, but I need to review the other points you've made
in the other threads.
