I have a driver where I create 4 rawmidi devices and use snd-virmidi to
connect them to the ALSA sequencer.  However I have found that virmidi
will not create the sequencer ports if the rawmidi device is input only.
Full duplex and output only devices do get sequencer ports.

Is this a bug or by design?
