I'm getting this error when trying to apply these patches with 'git-am'
command:

  $ git-am ~/.evolution/mail/local/stage
  Applying Basic cpuidle driver
  fatal: patch fragment without header at line 13: @@ -0,0 +1,245 @@
  Patch failed at 0001.

with manual "patch -p 1 < .dotest/0001" they apply nicely, but it is
very time-consuming to do it manually for each patch.

Do you use normal git-format-patch and git-send-email to format and post
the patches?
