Or rather, phishing. 1) It was sent to a mailing list, which is not going to be a webmail user (the individual members might be, but not the list itself). 2) Any reputable organisation does not ask you for your password, as its an obvious security issue and they already have it to let you in at all. 3) If you have a webmail account, do its notices look like this, or do they at least call you by name?
