(you seem to be running a 0.7 pre-release; might want to kick you distro
to update that...)

10 minutes is likely your WPA multicast re-key interval.  NM is just
printing out supplicant state changes; 6 = group handshake, 7 =
completed.

Yes, NM needs finer configurable log levels.
