Linux supports the standby and the sleep PXA modes. The manual says that
on the sleep (suspend/resume) mode all processor state is lost and a new
boot sequence is needed.

I checked my bootloader, when its coming back from resume it executes
less than 30 instructions, and it doesn't touch DRCMR. So i think that
we really need to restore DRCMR on resume.
