Actually, 2.4.5 -> 2.4.7 should only introduce maintenance fixes, so no heavy changes that might trigger such blatant regression. Usual suspect in that case is the I-pipe again, due to the 2.6.24 -> 2.6.29 transition, and less likely the Xenomai core. In any case, 125 us is pathological. > > .config would help as well.
