Okuji already said once [0] that he could add a new co-maintainer.
The only reply was from Robert [1] that he doestn't have time.
I wonder why I didn't reply. Well anyway I would have time but I don't
think I would be a good GNU maintainer, especially for reviewing other
patches. Ugh.
