If your regulatory settings are correct, you shouldn't.  But it looks
like you are using world regulatory settings.  Try using "iw reg set HU"
if you are in Hungary.

I believe you are using an old version of iw that cannot report the
802.11n capabilities.  With the new iw, you'll need to use "iw list", as
the "iw info" command would report very little for the network devices.

It's working for me.  Perhaps your iw is obsolete.
