Subject: [ath9k-devel] Master mode
Date: Sun, 28 Jun 2009 08:52:42 -0700	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1246204362.31362.1322524945@webmail.messagingengine.com> (raw)

I'm trying to use my ath9k card in master mode. I've installed
the wireless-testing kernel as suggested in this post to this list:
http://www.mail-archive.com/ath9k-devel at lists.ath9k.org/msg00532.html

When I execute 'iwconfig wlan1 mode Master' I get:

Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
SET failed on device wlan1 ; Invalid argument.

What's the deal? If it matters, I only need 802.11b working here.
Thanks!
-Hatta
