There is no official roadmap. The closest thing to that would be the
TODO list on the GRUB wiki: http://grub.enbug.org/TodoList
You may want to see the whole wiki: http://grub.enbug.org/
Please note that the wiki may be out of date in some places. The main
effort is coding, not keeping the wiki up-to-date. But you'll get the
idea.
