Thanks Gustavo! I'm now using the following script:

		if grep -q off-line /proc/acpi/ac_adapter/ACAD/state; then
			if !(hcitool con | grep -q "state"); then
				rfkill block bluetooth
			fi
		fi

May it be helpful for someone.
