This should be RDEPENDS_${PN} I suspect. We need to be clear about which
package has the runtime dependency.

I'd suggest declaring that alongside the trace-cmd SRCREV definition,
something like:

SRCREV_pn-kernelshark ?= "${TRACECMDREV}"
