Subject: 'pop' sound when unsing vcr
Date: Wed, 21 Oct 2009 14:51:03 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1316903889@web.de> (raw)
sometimes, when I watch vcr, the sound hangs (disappears) for some secounds and then comes back with a electroic 'pop'.
could this be related to an old kernel (2.5.25)?
I use an saa7134 card=12 tuner=38 or tuner=51 (both work).
Thanks in advance for your answer.
The sound is connected via a cable to the sound card aux input (it's a sound blaster live! 5.1 from creative).
The software (kdetv) uses sound card, not video card sound settings.
best regards,
Dirk
