This is the Linux /dev/xen/xenbus ioctl definitions used by the special
stub-xenstored domain building tool.

Since NetBSD presumably does not implement the necessary ioctls to
startup a non-dom0 xenstored I suggest you patch tools/xenstore/Makefile
and stubdom/Makefile to not build the stubxenstore or loader except on
Linux.
