This patch is on top of
[PATCH] ARM: arm720t: Add missing CONFIG_SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT guard for cpu_init_crit [1]
I make this as a separate patch because this patch is tegra specific.
And I don't have any tegra platform to test, only compile tested.
I'd appreciate if someone can test it.
