No.

lib/oe/classextend.py has a map_regexp_variable() function which is
called from classes/multilib.bbclass:

clsextend.map_regexp_variable("PACKAGES_DYNAMIC")

Perhaps such a line should be added to nativesdk.bbclass to fix this
properly instead?
