[PATCH] classes/uboot-config: ignore doc varflag

The doc varflag on UBOOT_CONFIG should be ignored by this code; without
this the recent addition of the UBOOT_CONFIG[doc] to documentation.conf
causes errors when UBOOT_MACHINE is used.
