Subject: [Patch V3 10/16] x86, irq: Refine mp_register_ioapic() to prepare for IOAPIC hotplug
Date: Wed, 25 Jun 2014 16:40:41 +0800	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1403685648-10103-11-git-send-email-jiang.liu@linux.intel.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1403685648-10103-1-git-send-email-jiang.liu@linux.intel.com>

Refine mp_register_ioapic() to prepare for IOAPIC hotplug by:
1) change return value from void to int.
2) check for gsi range conflicts
3) check for IOAPIC physical address conflicts
4) enhance the way to allocate IOAPIC index
