Rough guess, but the u-boot 2009.08 that I've seen on the iMX6 boards d= id not=20 support FDT. Also IIRC kernel that came with these boards (3.0.35) did = not use=20 fdt either. Perhaps try loading a newer uboot from meta-fsl-arm first, then load th= e=20 kernel, fdt and boot with that.
