FAILED: patch "[PATCH] usb: host: fotg210: use new USB_RESUME_TIMEOUT" failed to apply to 3.10-stable tree

Subject: [PATCH] usb: host: fotg210: use new USB_RESUME_TIMEOUT

Make sure we're using the new macro, so our
resume signaling will always pass certification.
