Patch "ALSA: hda - Fix mute-LED fixed mode" has been added to the 4.0-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    ALSA: hda - Fix mute-LED fixed mode

to the 4.0-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     alsa-hda-fix-mute-led-fixed-mode.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.0 subdirectory.

The mute-LED mode control has the fixed on/off states that are
supposed to remain on/off regardless of the master switch.  However,
this doesn't work actually because the vmaster hook is called in the
vmaster code itself.

This patch fixes it by calling the hook indirectly after checking the
mute LED mode.
