Patch "mac80211: move WEP tailroom size check" has been added to the 4.0-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    mac80211: move WEP tailroom size check

to the 4.0-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     mac80211-move-wep-tailroom-size-check.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.0 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

Remove checking tailroom when adding IV as it uses only
headroom, and move the check to the ICV generation that
actually needs the tailroom.

In other case I hit such warning and datapath don't work,
when testing:
- IBSS + WEP
- ath9k with hw crypt enabled
- IPv6 data (ping6)
