Patch "Input: elantech - fix detection of touchpads where the revision matches a known rate" has been added to the 4.0-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    Input: elantech - fix detection of touchpads where the revision matches a known rate

to the 4.0-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-4.0 subdirectory.

Make the check to skip the rate check more lax, so that it applies
to all hw_version 4 models.

This fixes the touchpad not being detected properly on Asus PU551LA
laptops.
