Indeed. I could have sworn saverestore and migration steps were the
last, to the point that I didn't even go double checking. But I was
clearly misremembering. Sorry. :-P

Ok, but, given the above, I guess I'll better arrange for save/restore
and migration phases to be skipped, via ts-{saverestore,migration}
-support-check, anyway.
