Which I could reproduce from my desktop too:

I'm unsure why this is only affecting this flight and (apparently) no others.
I ran "git update-server-info" manually on the repo on xenbits, but
ovmf.git/hooks/post-update looks correct to me so I'm not sure why this was
needed.
I pushed to ovmf.git yesterday with the runes in
http://lists.xen.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2015-11/msg01660.html.
(I don't think the xen.git being built here has picked up the Config.mk change though).
That mail appears a bit mangled, the command I used to push was:
git push maint 52a99493cce88a9d4ec8a02d7f1bd1a1001ce60d:master
