[PATCH] build: remove .d files from xen/ on a clean

Dependency files were getting left behind in the xen
directory (since 8b6ef9c152edceabecc7f90c811cd538a7b7a110),
so append the $(DEPS) to the clean rule that runs in the
hypervisor directory.
