Changes from v1:
* Add triggered buffer support 
* Rework runtime PM functionality
* Add more verbosity to the sysfs-bus-iio documentation
* Correct buffer size with padding bytes

IMPORTANT NOTE: Hasn't been tested on actual hardware yet
