Subject: patch "iio: add IIO_TRIGGER dependency to STK8BA50" added to staging-linus
Date: Mon, 01 Feb 2016 13:08:08 -0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1454360888552@kroah.com> (raw)
This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
iio: add IIO_TRIGGER dependency to STK8BA50
to my staging git tree which can be found at
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/staging.git
in the staging-linus branch.
The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree
(usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.)
The patch will hopefully also be merged in Linus's tree for the
next -rc kernel release.
If you have any questions about this process, please let me know.

Ran into this on UML:
drivers/iio/accel/stk8ba50.c: In function ‘stk8ba50_data_rdy_trigger_set_state’:
drivers/iio/accel/stk8ba50.c:163:9: error: implicit declaration of function ‘iio_trigger_get_drvdata’ [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]
iio_trigger_get_drvdata() is defined only when IIO_TRIGGER is selected.
