drm/radeon: rework fbdev handling on chips with no connectors
to the 4.5-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
drm-radeon-rework-fbdev-handling-on-chips-with-no-connectors.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.5 subdirectory.
