Patch "mcb: Fixed bar number assignment for the gdd" has been added to the 4.5-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    mcb: Fixed bar number assignment for the gdd

to the 4.5-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     mcb-fixed-bar-number-assignment-for-the-gdd.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.5 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <stable@vger.kernel.org> know about it.

The bar number is found in reg2 within the gdd. Therefore
we need to change the assigment from reg1 to reg2 which
is the correct location.
