This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
[PATCH 121/135] lpfc: Fix DMA faults observed upon plugging loopback
to the 4.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
0121-lpfc-Fix-DMA-faults-observed-upon-plugging-loopback-.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.

Driver didn't program the REG_VFI mailbox correctly, giving the adapter
