The patch below does not apply to the 4.8-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

The spec was recently fixed to have the correct iboost setting for the
SKL Y/U DP DDI buffer translation table entry 2. Update our tables
to match.
