And I was right, it is there:

root@merlot1:~# zcat /proc/config.gz |grep -i xen_acpi
CONFIG_XEN_ACPI_PROCESSOR=m

But it's not loaded:

root@merlot1:~# lsmod |grep xen
xen_gntalloc            3632  0

And if I try to load it, here's what happens:

root@merlot1:~# modprobe xen-acpi-processor
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'xen_acpi_processor': No such device
