Patch "s390/topology: always use s390 specific sched_domain_topology_level" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    s390/topology: always use s390 specific sched_domain_topology_level

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     s390-topology-always-use-s390-specific-sched_domain_topology_level.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

The s390 specific sched_domain_topology_level should always be used,
not only if the machine provides topology information. Luckily this
odd behaviour, that was by accident introduced with git commit
d05d15da18f5 ("s390/topology: delay initialization of topology cpu
masks") has currently no side effect.
