+2. run the following commands to build:
+   $ cd tools/fuzz/x86_instruction_emulator
+   $ make distclean
+   $ make CC=$AFLPATH/afl-gcc afl # produces afl-x86-insn-emulator-fuzzer

+3. run the fuzzer with AFL:
