Patch "IB/mlx4: Fix port query for 56Gb Ethernet links" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    IB/mlx4: Fix port query for 56Gb Ethernet links

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

Report the correct speed in the port attributes when using a 56Gbps
ethernet link.  Without this change the field is incorrectly set to 10.
